This quality, universal training bench with adjustable seat and back is perfect for training at home, and it will save you money and time. The bench also includes a weight bar and dumbbells.

The seat and back are adjustable with adjustment buttons so you can set the most comfortable position. The weightlifting bench is made of quality steel. For extra comfort, the bench features cotton padding on the durable mattress.

The barbell and dumbbell set has chrome bars with quick-release spring weight retainers (for the barbell), non-slip handles, and ribbed star-shaped covers (for the dumbbells) to keep the discs on. You will be able to train without worrying about safety. Weight plates are in a durable polyethylene body and can be combined in different ways during training.

The delivery includes a weightlifting bench, a barbell, two dumbbells, six 1.25kg weight plates, four 2.5kg weight plates, two 5kg weight plates, four covers and two springs for the barbell.
